“The plane arrived on time and undamaged. Contents were complete however two issues surfaced upon building and first flights. The servo/light control box did not function properly. (a subsequent second and third ones failed to function also) And the gluing of the landing gear mounts was inadequate with the majority of applied adhesive sticking to the plastic gear mounts and not even contacting the wing foam structure. (this lead to the left gear being torn completely from the model snaping the wire lead from the retract mechanism after "sawing" thru the foam.”

“This is the second Spit I order to Motion since the previous one got fire while flying (originating from the ESC) and crashed beyond any repairs. Since she was 5 years old with more than 512 flights performed in all weather (from - 6 °C up to 36 °C), I admit this event as fully acceptable.The new one flies as well as the first. As for evolutions, I appreciated that decals were already set (specially the yellow on leading edge). Hamilton labels are set on each prop blade providing an interesting scale touch. EPO and paints still present a very good looking without noticeable gatoring aspect. The rear wheel is now in a rather tough rubber instead of the foamy one on the first version. Less shock absorbing but more wear resistant for sure.This new version is equipped with an ESC V 2.0 with engine reversal, very handy to brake during landings on short runway. Servos no longer look to be the so-called hybrid version (plastic gears toward the motor) but full metal gear.A special mention, to conclude, to the customer service of Motion which acts quickly and without steril discussion to provide me a new engine since the original one emitted a very worrying squeaking sound at full power. Compared to some other CS I experienced, it deserves an A+++.Still the best Spit on the market for the money and outstanding customer service”

“I only have 5 flights on this plane. Taking off is easy, with some right rudder needed when the tail lifts. After spme trimming, the spit flies great. Stalls are gentle. The first 2 landings redulted in the retracts seperating from the wings. Also damaged the prop offcourse. No real heavy landings. Glued the retracts twice. The last 3 flights the retracts stayed in position.”

“The plane is easily assembled and flies flawlessly, looks amazing in the air. I have many flights on mine, but if I were to put this one in, I would immediately order another one, it's that good.There have been minor quality issues to fix so I hope the next batch they build they tighten up the QC.”
