“I’ve been flying this warbird for 2 years and have to say it’s absolutely fantastic. Easy to fly and looks totally scale. Once I found out the best landing technique, it was easy to get a ‘greaser’. Keep the speed up on the approach and bleed the speed off during the flare.”

“Lovely to fly and looks great when flown to scale.Loads of power and takes off rapidly, I use take off flap (about 20 deg) on grass. Come in with plenty of speed and bleed it off during the flare.”

“I was born the same year as the Mk 5b so this lady is younger than me, The last half of 1944 saw us living in Kent 10 miles from Biggin hill, The sight and sounds of aircraft going across the channel good exiting days, this model is so well made and looks to good to fly, I may give it a go in the summer, well done.”

“I really love this airplane it took me a couple take off to get it tracked straight to get used to the narrow undercarriage but now it's no problem I Taxi out with up elevator and neutralizes as I roll out and get the tail flying adding rudder to counter the torque it's has good power the retracts are excellent First Flight I hardly had to do any adjustment on the trim I was really happy, I wasn't really happy with the decals so I got some from Callie and kind of mixed matched on them”
