“Was looking forward to this release and when I opened the boxes (yes, I bought TWO!) I was even more excited. This thing is beautifully done! Love all the details and all of the little things that will make it a fantastic looking airplane. I modified the paint on both of mine so as not to look anything like the factory airplanes. That added subsantial time to the overall build time but cant be counted because it was my decision. I love the props and the quick mount system of them. No issues at all with any assemblies or fitment. I decided against any major mods like bomb bay doors or rotating turrets because of the size of the airplane. Its just too small to make it worth the weight to me. It only took about an hour of “build†time and is just amazing to see finished. We have numerous B-24's going together in the Houston area and I look forward to gaggling with all of them at once! You have hit another walk off home run at Motion RC!!!Now bring us a 2M F-82 Twin Mustang in both silver (E) and Black (G) models and I will buy another pair of those as well. Just sayin...”
“Although the instructions are sparse, this is hardly a plane for a novice. The B-24 is a faithful reproduction of the full scale aircraft. And it has been a long time coming.Due to the weather here in Colorado lately, I haven't been able to fly my plane. That is going to have to wait a week or so, but I am anxious to get it to the field and see if she flies as good as she looks.”
“I eagerly awaited the new B-24 and was not disappointed. Everything fit well and looks good. My only quibbles are a surface that isn't quite smooth ( the grain of the foam shows in too many places) and the tight fit of the wings into the fuselage recesses (difficult to force in). The nose and top turrets were easy to make working with a couple of used servos and a spare channel in the transmitter.I have the silver color and it is a bit bland.”
“Well designed, anyone can assemble this kit. It is a beauty, especially with callie-graphics.com custum decals. To appreciate it more, see videos of builds and maidens on YouTube, and follow the rcgroups forum.”
