“The tank is absolutely beautiful. That being said,I've had continuous problems. I returned the 1st tank because there were turret issues. First clicking,then it stopped working. This was 1st time out of the box.I chise Heng Long as I knew that they could be upgraded and repaired. Not the Turret though.The brand new one looks beautiful again! But it's clicking when I move the Turret to the left. They should have just the refunded me like I was offered by Derrik. I'll buy a different color next time in case it was a bad lot. I'm so disappointed as I was looking forward to this particular tank from Motion RC. I was extremely disappointed by their customer service. I never got to speak with a human and they replaced it after offering the refund because I was told there were a lot of issues with that particular model and a lot of returns on it. So that's 2 disappointing Heng Long Tiger 1 tanks. I am a seasoned model builder and collector but I consider this item a fail. I was told only 5% had issues. Luckily I got 2 of the 5%.”
