“My new professional edition tank was opened by an employee, seals were all cut open and packing tape was put back on it, didn’t fool me. Parts are missing and unhappy with customer service. This should have been replaced or refunded!”

“Honestly, this thing is wicked first of all. It looks fantastic, and its nice how much the turret moves and the tracks move with it. I enjoy that it shoots BB's as well, thats a nice touch. Though the instructions were terrible on how exactly to operate this.To shoot BB's you must hold down the machine gun button and then then BB gun at the same time to make it fire.The turret + tank control with the controller is a bit wonky. Trying to learn to move the tank 360 with just the right joy stick, while the left one is for the turret, is wonky. Overall not bad.”

“Ok so I was excited to get my first task being in rc construction for so long I figured I'd try something new. We'll at first appearance I was impres6 until I got to ask the parts I had to put on. Could have been worse they went in easily just time consuming but hey it looked great. Then I took it in it's maiden voyage and it ran great untill I tried to turn the turret and all I got was clicks I moved it out moved a little then clicked ok that's a problem then I tried the elevation mine barely went up and clicked. Ok 2 problems called motion and before I need it the parts were here. ( have yet to fix it) but hey talk about great service I highly recommend even with this minor hiccup. So please if your into this hobby and don't know how to work on rc vehicles DO NOT BUT THIS this is for hobbies who know how to and like to work on their vehicles I'm tired of sun all these posts about people complaining something doesn't work. Learn how to fix it they are so simple a child could do it”
