“I've been using ammo boxes for LiPo storage and charging for several years. The issue with the ammo box is that there is no wire management and if you have a fire I am always worried that the hot metal would cause the surrounding area to catch fire. I was looking to make my own contraption of cinder blocks and sand when I stumbled onto the Bat Safe. This thing is awesome. It's compact, lightweight, has room for my larger LiPos, and if there was ever a fire it looks to greatly reduce the amount of smoke that would be released. I was skeptical, but this thing is really awesome. I may get the XL version for LiPo storage but this size is perfect for daily charging.”
