“This product does not work with out buying additional parts. You must purchase extenders for your charger so that the needs from you batteries reach through the bus to your charger.”
“Works very good. Had a little trouble getting the wires in the holes with the rubber grommet around it but my charging cables are pretty thick.. Got them through and I just leave them in now. Good product.”

“I love the box but I'm not completely satisfied. The picture of the box shows images of safety labels for transportation purposes. Aka battery explosion labels. So now i have to go purchase labels before I can travel with my box. The box is a little thin on the outside for my liking as well. I already have a dent in it only a week old. Lastly there are no balance leads that come with the Box so you have to purchase a balance lead that is long enough to fit in the Box. Or lengthen them so that you can actually charge the battery when you get the box. It is only a $2 part but you have to order it separately from the box. $60 box did not come with a $2 part that is a shame. Over all a nice product. Can't wait until they make a new one with some upgrades.”

“Although LiPo fires are relatively rare, I'm not willing to take a chance of endangering myself or my family! This product is well-designed, well-constructed, and its ability to contain LiPo fires and toxic gases is well-documented in various YouTube videos. This product may be used to safely charge or store LiPo batteries and comes with an instruction manual which should be carefully read to ensure it is placed in a safe location during its use. What is not covered in the instruction manual is the limit on the number of batteries you can safely store (they simply state Maximum charging/storage capability: 2x 6S 5000 mAh Lipo). To calculate the Wh of your individual battery, take the nominal voltage (3.7 per cell for a LiPo) and multiply it by the amp hours (mAh divided by 1000). For example, a 3S 2200mAh battery is 3 cells × 3.7V × 2.2Ah = 24.42Wh. Perform this calculation for every battery you intend to store in your Bat-Safe, and the sum of the batteries you intend to store must NEVER exceed 222Wh.”
