“I ignored ads for this for some time. Who me needing this? I needed this. While putting a 4S lips into storage mode it exploded and fire ensued. This was in my home. I put the fire out with a dry chem extinguisher that I always kept near by. Smoke damage to the interior was extensive and I lost the $ 350 charger and a limo, plus misc. items that caught fire. I now use the BAT CAVE outside of my home. I might add that the lips involved was about 3 yrs. old, well cared for, but had slightly puffed. So I now will never again have a puffed battery pack in my possession.To properly use the BAT CAVE you really need to order the extension for the balance board and perhaps a 12 in charge cord if yours isn't this long. This assures ease of handling the pack in the box.Some say the BC is expensive. Ask me how much my incident cost.”
“The Bat Safe is very nice, able to charge many batteries at one time with a balance board inside. Plenty of room inside for batteries. The Bat Safe is made very well and should last a long time. Wish i have purchased it when it first came out. I feel a lot safer now charging my batteries. Seals up very good with a nice latch to hold the lid closed.”

The rubber port for the wires could be a tad bit wider permitting room for two sets of charge and balance cable allowing two 6S batteries to be charged and balanced separately. As it is now only one 6S battery can be charged and balanced by its self. I just HOPE i wont see how well it works during a battery fire !!! And i like the design on the out side its NOT just a plane jane box and looks sharp on my charging stand ! If i need it to save my home from a LIPO FIRE then its MONEY WELL SPENT !! Thanks; Bill.”
