“This was very fun to build and to see it move was even better. Assembly was rough in some parts and wax is DEFINITELY needed so do not forget to use it. I ended up breaking some of the tiny pieces while trying to install it because they were tiny and hard to install. Other than that this is an excellent product.”
“This was the one UGEAR model where I wish toothpicks were not used as axles. All the upper gears and the lower wheel assemblies rely on everything being inline to match up gears and to move smoothly. Even if you were provided the best toothpicks available .....they are not the logical choice here.I was able to make it work { not to my ultimate liking } but it would have been so much better to have straight precut wooden dows or metal rods for this part of the assembly. Also the rubber bands used to provide the power to drive the gears that move the train.....not adequate to make it move for long. My lowest grade to date, with a 4 star rating being generous, given the past 3 UGEAR models were all 5 stars.”
