Hasegawa, Asahi, High Soft, etc. I bought each of our three children a set of Japanese knives for their birthdays and I chose the Hasegawa Cutting Boards to give to each of our children along with their knife sets. They're great cutting boards and they really protect the edges of really good quality knives.”

“Perfect size cutting board to replace an old plastic one that I had been using for far too long. So far the surface performs well, gripping onto whatever it is I am cutting. Likes so much that I purchased both the soft and hard versions of the cutting board.”
