“The Hasegawa cutting board grips the knife blade minimizing the chance of accidental cuts. Food also stays where it is placed. I've given 2 as gifts and both people say it's imcreased their confidence with slicing and dicing.”

“It has a great feel when chopping and rocking with a knife. The board feels solid. It does stain and discolor more than I expected, but that doesn't affect performance.”

“The FRK wood core soft rubber helps keep knives from dulling as quickly as my other cutting board and I really enjoy being able to throw it in the dish washer. Great purchase and the staff at MTC were so helpful.”
