My unit stopped working just 2 months after my warranty coverage expired. I contacted the customer service dept and we tried several troubleshooting solutions, to no avail. I was so disappointed, as I have asthma and I love their product. It helps! Thankfully, they made an exception and honored my warranty. They sent me a new unit! Thank you so much!

My mypurmist stopped working after 4ish years. My warranty was up but they still replaced it. I didn't even ask, they offered it. The new one works great. Thank you so much!
