I was desperate for some relief so I cleaned it best I could and it did help ease my asthma attack symptoms significantly. I contacted the company directly and they immediately put in an order for a replacement before I’d even returned mine through Amazon. That way I wouldn’t be without the device for managing my symptoms. I really appreciated that kindness, and will recommend people go direct through the company instead of Amazon. Totally worth it!
