“I received my light and one of the glass shades had been broken during transport. I had already disposed of old light prior to noticing so I went ahead and installed and the company are sending me a whole new light to resolve the issue. No questioning or debating they just took care of their customer and I really appreciate that and will continue to furnish my home with Nathan James Furniture.”
