“The light is super sleek and modern but what really made me write this was the above and beyond customer service I received! One of our lamp shades broke in transit- I emailed and the team sent a whole replacement fixture no questions asked! They even followed up to make sure the replacement arrived safely, said to keep the other light (only 1 shade was broken otherwise the light was perfect) and then today I arrived home and they had sent chocolate to my house as an apology! I have never had such a great experience before I would absolutely order again!”
