“After two of the shades broke during shipping, the company sent me a brand new light, at no cost to me. The team was very apologetic and quick to reply to my emails and send a brand new product. The company even followed up to make sure everything was to my liking. Just when I thought the process was over and done with, I found a box on my door step. I didn’t order anything, let alone anything from Nathan James. The company sent a little thing of Godiva chocolates and a note reading, “ Hi! We want to thank you for your patience as we worked to make this right. We hope you're safe ez this sweetens your day during these times! -- Nathan James”. NEVER have I had customer service like Nathan James. The product itself is beautiful and very affordable, something I found difficult to find when looking to purchase lighting fixtures. I will use Nathan James again! LOVE LOVE LOVE!”
