“I previously bought the set of 2 for my new home, which I absolutely adored. They were one of the first things we purchased when we bought the home. Once we moved in, I realized the space was better suited for three chairs so I purchased a third. The wood color was slightly off due to being from a different batch. I reached out to customer service and they immediately mailed me another stool. Not only are the products great, but the customer service was even better”

“Nathan James deserves nothing but good fortune! The stool has a nice cozy modern aesthetic, sturdy wood base, smooth swivel seat, comfy cushion and solid construction. While I love the stool, the customer service is out of this world! Claire went above and beyond to help resolve an issue. She provided quick, direct responses and followed up to ensure satisfaction. Every other company should be taking notes from Nathan James, I look forward to purchasing more from them in the future. Thank you!”

“These were the first stools my husband and I could agree on! We have very different tastes and searched many different sites.Then, we found Nathan James! These stools are great! Five stars for comfort, style and swivel.”
