“I am very excited that we found Nathan James. I have been eyeing these stools for awhile and finally bought them. They are perfect stool height, comfort, and it swivels =) We had a snag when one connectors of the wooden legs were broken. I snapped a picture of it and asked for a new part. They sent me a whole new stool. Their customer service is impecable and we appreciate their kindness. They honestly could have sent me a new part but they went above and beyond. Nathan James is excellent quality and a great small business.”

“The bar stools look great in my home.. the quality of the wood and fabric was really nice .. the only thing is the wood is definitely darker in person than on the website.. customer support is really good too”
