“These stools are perfect for our needs. They are solid wood, neutral and swivel and the price is amazing! The seats are a little firm but they will soften up with use. The style is clean and simple and can work with everything from mid mod to farmhouse to transitional. Great stools at a great price!”

“The are perfect counter stools for our recent kitchen update. We ordered 5 of these and there was a very minor imperfection with one, and customer service was amazing at resolving the issue. One of the best customer service experiences that I have had. Great work Nathan James!”

“The bar stools are great! Sturdy construction, good quality and look great. They’re not very comfortable to sit on but then again we don’t tend to sit on them for long periods of time so it’s not a big deal. I was impressed by the bar stools but even more impressed by Nathan James’ customer service. We had some issues with FedEx losing one of our 3 stools and they were so communicative/expedient throughout the entire process. Even though Nathan James’ wasn’t to blame at all for FedEx losing one of the stools they handled it so well AND send us a box of chocolates to thank us for being patient. WHAT?! Customer for life!!”
