“Easy to put together. Design is excellent and modern, exactly what I was looking for. Since the back is low, it doesn't obstruct view across the kitchen island. Very sleek looking. Cushion fabric and cushion is so, so. Doesnt feel super cheap, but doesnt feel high end either. Not the most ccomfortable chair if someone plans to see for long. But most counter stools/bar stools arent. BUT what I am SO impressed with is Nathan James customer service! One chair came in dirty from the clear bag they have it in. The representative I spoke with had me send photos via text, to send to the quality team. She ordered me a set of 2 new stools bc they were out of stock of their single. And just said to keep the one we had. So now I will be donating the other 2. Super simple, no hassle, process. I'll do business with them over and over as well as recommend to family and friends bc just that experience proved they stand by their products!”

“The chairs look beautiful, however the legs on each chair was a different length and my husband had to try a make them even so they wouldn't rock back and forth. Disapointing because of how expensive they were!”

“Our stools came and they are very cute. We received two that came dirty and they went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Due to their great customer service I’m a fan for life.”

“Easy assembly but all 4 of them wobble. Took them apart several times to try to adjust the screws but they all still wobble.”
