“I absolutely LOVE my new chairs. We were desperately in need of new counter chairs and these are perfect. I'm so happy to have these. Easy to assemble (except I think the leg chairs are mismarked so when I assembled I kept putting them on the wrong side). Other than that 100 percent comfortable and beautiful.”

“These bar stools have completely elevated the look of my kitchen! The are absolutely beautiful and such a breeze to clean! I love that the cushions on top are able to come off for a good cleaning as well! Fantastic, I would definitely recommend!”

“The original barstools arrived with some loose stitching. I contacted customer support, Avery nice and understanding man, he requested I email the receipt along with pictures of flaws. Due to no parts for barstools theyThey immediately shipped two more. They were perfect with no flaws. They also did not request a return of the original two barstools. Such a prime and easy fix. Although they arrive unassembled we did have to put them together again. They’re pretty easy to assemble though. Overall A++ customer service!”

“we have only assembled 1 chair so far...waiting for table to be available before assemblig all of them. one chair has many scuffed areas on the frame, white lines visible between pieces of frame, no care instructions in the box. how are you supposed to clean the faux leather? dust quite visible on the faux leather.”

“They are nice stools, and fairly easy to assemble. I ordered four of these stools from Home Depot. One of them was defective. i immediately contacted Nathan James and explained the problem and shared a photo of the chair showing the defect. They were very responsive and said they would be sending me a new stool to the Home Depot where the others were purchased and picked up from. This was before Christmas. I received an email from Nathan James saying that the new stool was delivered to the Home Depot, but Home Depot doesnt have it. I have reached out twice to Nathan James and they have not responded. i am very disappointed. Maybe someone will read this and reach out to me. Update: Nathan James customer service is the best. they sent me a new stool. i love stools. i would not hesitate to buy them again, and i will defintely keep them in mind when looking for other furniture and household items.”

“I have been looking for bar stools to replace our current ones for years! I wanted ones that had a back so my littles didn’t fall off. I didn’t want swivel so the kids didn’t break them, and I wanted one that didn’t gather dust and were hard to clean. These bar stools hit all the criteria I was looking for!! I love how they look, they have a back, so stylish and are super easy to clean. We ordered three and one was missing a part to the chair. I contacted customer service via phone and they were so kind and quick to respond. They sent us a new chair and I got it within a couple days. They then emailed to make sure I got it and that the new one didn’t have any problems. I have never had such amazing customer service. This is our first purchase with Nathan James but definitely won’t be the last.”
