“beautiful bookcase, but the assembly instructions are horrible. they are not helpful and it took me double the amount of time than it recommends because it doesn't warn you that with screws sticking out in the back it will be impossible to get all the shelves in if you've already attached both arms on the sides.”

“Nathan James did such a great job with handling my issue with ease. When my order arrived, it was in pretty bad shape from delivery and some parts were missing that I needed, to build my shelf. I contacted Nathan James and they were so kind enough to send a brand new one for free. They checked on me and made sure I got my package and had everything I needed. Awesome service! I’ll be ordering from them again :)”
