“This bookcase is incredibly great quality, took about 20 minutes to build and fit securely into the wall as described. Amazing customer service is a huge differentiator though, and we'll definitely shop with Nathan James again!”

“The bookshelf is exactly as described and looks great in my house! Very simple assembly instructions. Initially there was an issue with my order but Nathan James reps were super easy to contact and they went above and beyond to make it right!! They even sent a gift as an apology for the mixup! I was very impressed with their customer service and honestly feel like more companies could take their lead. We’ll be ordering from them again.”

“Love my bookcases so much I ordered 2 more. Super modern aesthetic, easy to assemble and look fantastic in my medical spa. I do have to give a major shoutout to the absolute BEST customer service personnel I have ever encountered. They truly care and go above and beyond. The Godiva chocolates were the nicest touch! I will be ordering more bookcases soon!”

“I’ve used this bookcase to put against the static window in a sliding glass door for my plants and it’s perfect for that purpose. The installation of shelves allows for flexibility - you don’t have install all of them, but i would say you should install at least 2 for maximum stability. Would buy again.”

“I love these bookshelves. We purchased two and put them side by side. There was a bend in the metal that didn’t make it exactly flush, but you can’t tell once books etc. are on them! I love them though. They hold a great amount of weight and are the perfect addition to our office space.”
