“Nathan James did such a great job with handling my issue with ease. When my order arrived, it was in pretty bad shape from delivery and some parts were missing that I needed, to build my shelf. I contacted Nathan James and they were so kind enough to send a brand new one for free. They checked on me and made sure I got my package and had everything I needed. Awesome service! I’ll be ordering from them again :)”

“Really pleased with the bookshelf! Everything came fast and in perfect condition. Nice and study when assembled. From the photos I thought the oak veneer shelves would be a little warmer toned but it is still neutral and looks great! Really great price as well. I would have rated 5 starts but I was initially sent the wrong color shelves and frame. There was a slight delay with receiving the correct product but they were very good at keeping in communication throughout and very helpful. Great customer service!”
