How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Medium

“My previous mattress was a spring mattress. After three years of usage, it began sinking in on my partner's side causing a dent. The dent resulted in backaches. However, when we switched to the Beautyrest mattress, I sleep like a baby. The reason I went for this mattress is that my body is cold as a popsicle at night whereas my partner heats up. Hence we needed a mattress that does not retain body heat (which is not possible in a full foam mattress). This mattress is a mix of pocket spring, foam, and a cooling gel at the topmost layer. Hence while my partner doesn't get disturbed by my constant moving, I don't feel hot. Also, the mattress sinks don't sink in entirely, but just halfway there. It's totally worth the extra dollars you put in”

“Mattress is so incredibly comfortable. I prefer soft, while my husband prefers firm mattresses. This mattress is a happy medium for us both.We stay sound asleep even when the two kiddos join us in the middle of the night, and with plenty of room to spare! I'd say this has been a gamechanger.”
