“After initially choosing the wrong mattress - I prefer firm to medium/firm National Mattress staff (Wayne and Gary) sorted my issue and I have been enjoying a very comfortable sleep on my new firm mattress. I would definitely recommend National Mattress and my Serta pocket coil mattress. “The mattress is not as firm as I expected it to be, and has caused me some bach pain. I expect a firm mattress to be more firm.”
