“my second constative purchase National mattress, very good quality mattress, however for better comfort, upgrade to more pocket coils, in your mattress, 850 coils... minimum, for my liking... when looking for pocket coil model...ordered online this time, service exceptional, I will be back when it's time again”

How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Firm

“After initially choosing the wrong mattress - I prefer firm to medium/firm National Mattress staff (Wayne and Gary) sorted my issue and I have been enjoying a very comfortable sleep on my new firm mattress. I would definitely recommend National Mattress and my Serta pocket coil mattress. From online to inperson shopping, delivery drivers, customer service representatives I am more than impressed with the service I was given.”
