“It’s a DREAM to sleep on. I just got rid of my former Serta mattress after 13 years and had to buy another. My only advice? Buy a real mattress protector from elsewhere. Make sure if it says cooling that it does.”

How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Extra Firm

“First I would recommend you doing your research before buying a bed and go to national mattress to talk to the staff. Being an person with a disability they have no idea what my needs are, but what they have is an experience and the in depth knowledge of their products. They will give you that information of their products and can answer some questions you may have. They don't bother you like other stores do and you can try the beds out as long as you want. This way you can make an informed decision on what may like. The difference between this Serta mattress and the other brand was not that it has more coils, but it was the staff who showed me the ull in depth construction of the mattress. Don't get me wrong here, buy what ever you feel you need. I did go to several other stores and look at other products and even looked at this same Serta mattress and did not get as much information as I did with the staff at national mattress, and the price difference from national mattress to the store I was at was around $1400. Now the bed itself, there is no way of telling the bed is going to be the one for you until you actually sleep on it. Just by sitting on it or laying on it at a store really means nothing. You must bring it home and try it yourself, since my back is very damaged, it took a few weeks to adjust to the mattress. Once my muscle memory adjusted to the mattress I found my back being supportive consistently every single night, no matter which position I am in. I was only getting an average of 3 hours asleep at any given time before I wake up in servere pain. With this new Serta mattress my sleep has now increased per night. I'm not only amazed, I am impressed. Serta you really hit this one out of the park. Again do your research, I found I did not have to go out and buy a $5000 bed that experts recommend for my back, but I bought one amazing product for under $1000. Yes, national mattress prices are incredibly and lower than most stores I have come across. Thanks national mattress and Serta. I would give Serta a 12 out of 10 on this mattress, not a 5 out of 5.”
