How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Extra Firm

“This is an amazing mattress. It is soft and firm simultaneously. When you lie on your back, your back remains straight, but it feels natural and soft. You forget about the existence of your support. You just lie and feel very comfortable. As I have problems with my back, I am very sensitive to the quality of a mattress. But this is not the case.”

“The mattress has already sunk in the middle. I will never buy from national mattress again. I'm not sure about the stock they carry but this was the exchange mattress a different firmness and a different brand and the same result. BTW the manufacturer will not refund your purchase unless the mattress has sunk 1.5 inches. Both these mattress have sunk 1in in the first 2 weeks of sleeping on them.”

“The bed is so comfortable and delivery earlier than expected. They even changed the dates for me when I was not going to be home. Customer service was excellent.”
