“I mistakenly put my name on the order which should have been in my husband's name. I was able to speak to someone at the Trust and get it switched, quickly & easily, to my husband and got our appointment very soon after our purchase. The download of the ATF fingerprint file was easy and the attachment to the application Form 1 was equally easy to do.”

“National Gun Trust did all the hard work for me. Cannot rate them high enough. Provider - PrintScan - was not as helpful. Closest location was an hour away - UPS Store in Union Deposit, Harrisburg. Was directed to self service kiosk by technician. He verified my identity and told me "Good Luck." End of their assistance.”

“GREAT service from National Gun Trust in setting up appointment! Not so much excitement with vendor (UPS Store). Largely self-service. Little assistance from store staff. Equipment was very finicky. Had to scan multiple times until scanner accepted prints. Once completed, I had .EFT file in my mailbox within minutes. Easy to access file and download once I returned home. TEN stars to National Gun Trust. One star for UPS Store - Union Deposit, Harrisburg.”
