“The process was smooth and easy. I came online to NATIONAL GUN Trust and ordered the EFT Fingerprint File Service. The checkout was smooth. I received a phone call, I do believe the next day to schedule an appointment to go to my nearest UPS store to do the fingerprinting. I chose the very next day at the earliest time... I then told the UPS Employees what I was there to do. They knew all about it, in fact one of the guys had already done it so talking me through it was helpful. You do follow the prompt of the scanner on which finger you will be scanning so you can’t really mess it up. I will say my right hand pinky gave me the most problems, but that by no means is a knock on anyone other than me. The same UPS Employee that talked me through it in the beginning assisted me with what he thought I was doing wrong on my pinky roll. Come to find out it worked. It really can take 15-minutes but I did hear of people taking over an hour. It was really short and fun knowing I will always have my EFT ready to submit for any form 1 or form 4. I actually came home and completed my form 1 on a weapon that same day. Just awaiting the approval, but the EFT fingerprints were submitted with ease. Side note you, MUST MUST MUST download your fingerprints within 24 hours and you CAN NOT CAN NOT download to a cell phone per National Gun Trust Website. I didn’t try, but I did not have any issue downloading per their requirement to a computer. I saved copy’s in different folders on my laptop and desktop. Do not second guess this if you are here for these they’re exactly what you think they are. Just purchase and enjoy you 2A endevors. PS when you go to your appointment, take a small tube of hand sanitizer. A little secret for a quick dry of sweaty fingers.”

“I recently ordered from here and had the appointment completed successfully with the ups store. The staff was easy to work with. The machine was particular but I did get them completed in 10 or so minutes. I had planned 30 minutes but it was faster.”

“The sign up process was very good, the UPS staff was very helpful, but the machine was a real problem. The UPS store staff stated that this brand of machine is terrible. I spent a vey long time trying to scan my fingerprints and based on staff recommendation I needed to override the majority of the scans to complete the process.”
