“The service is what it is. This service was $5 cheaper than scheduling direct through PrintScan but I had some issues scheduling with National Gun Trusts. You have to call and I kept getting stuck on hold or disconnected. I ultimately tried connecting to the menu option that was NOT supposed to be scheduling appointments and asked them to help me.”

“The .EFT fingerprint file service is strongly recommended. While the new system in use for capturing the digital prints at the collection point (UPS) was a bit temperamental, it eventually got the job done. Your options for locations and therefore system hardware being used may vary by location. Had my file delivered by email in a matter of hours. When I attempted to upload to ATF, I received a format error because my name is so lengthy it exceeded ATF’s .EFT file parameters. I contacted NGT and they put me in touch with the 3rd party who manually corrected the file as I requested and to meet the upload parameters. All of this was done between 4-5pm on a Friday approaching a three day weekend. Great service.”
