“Have only used this for two or three days/nights, but it seems good value for money and reasonably easy to set up and use. The default settings are fine, but I have altered a few just to suit myself. Not keen on using the App that you can get for it - you do have to be close to it so if you are going to do that then you might as well just operate the buttons inside the camera, instead. You do have to remember to have wi-fi and bluetooth on for the App to work. Also I find it easier to take the micro SD card out and put it in the adpater and into my desktop pc, as found it too longwinded to download to my phone. I feel my phone battery drained more quickly when I kept messing about using the App, so old fashioned way seems best for this elderly user! Overall, a great trail cam with beautiful quality footage, esp in daylight. (Comparing with my old trail cam of a different brand.) The second night we set it up we caught a little mouse eating a snack in the greenhouse, and the third night it recorded a cat in our garden - not one of ours! I particularly liked and appreciated the special touch of the micro SD card and adapter being part of the package, so to speak. I love the fact that the camera uses solar power too. I have not put any back up batteries in mine. Overall, it is a hit with me!! I hope I can still say that in a few months or a year's time when it has had more use!”
