“The camera is compact and is well camouflaged. The solar panel works well. The app is basic. It can take some time and/or a change in position to connect to the camera. Frustrating that it's not possible to pinch to zoom in on images as it is hard to see what's been caught on a small phone screen.
The trigger times are disappointing. I have a lot of shots of animals as they leave the frame (stills and video). Small quick animals (eg mice) are not caught at all but they are with my cheaper older camera.
Generally disappointed as at this price point I expected a better performing camera. This camera has missed fox and badger action that I know happens in my garden. I bought it specifically to get better quality images of nocturnal action but it is disappointing in this respect (ie images not caught or not particularly clear if they are). I'm glad I didn't buy two as I had originally planned.”

Regarding trigger times - I think you've been in touch with the team and they offered some help, but we didn't get a reply to know if those worked for you. A member of the team will be in touch shortly to offer a return and refund however - we ultimately don't want folks to not be happy with their kit :)

“It's smaller than I expected, which is nice. It feels good quality and was pretty intuitive and easy to set up (I kept most of the default settings). The internal battery seems to last ages, and the image quality is superb. I have mine set up in the back garden. The app is also very easy to use.

“Taken a while to understand the limitations. It generates its own wifi and has limited range. Loading and saving 30x10sec videos takes a while (approx 5-10 mins). However, it’s light and easy to attach to posts, trees and with a flat bottom, will stand in the garden at floor level. For capturing birds it’s best to place it close 3 feet approx (see video)”
“Great trail camera, clear images. Wi fi works to roughly 30 meters clear line of sight. Solar panel keep batteries charged. Easy to download images to phone with out moving the camera. What's not to like.”

You cannot connect this camera to your home WiFi - its not something that it does or has the capability of doing. It connects directly to your phone, within range, as explained on the product information.
If you want to swap to something else if you're within 30 days of purchase, let us know.
