I have great tits nesting in one of our nest boxes and have the camera set up to watch all the goings on as the parents fly in and out feeding the hungry chicks and will hopefully catch the fledging with the detection mode. Really nice camera with good clear images, easy to set up and install. Once the chicks have left the nest I will re-position the camera to watch my feeders and the birds enjoying their bath. I purchased the tripod meaning I can leave it anyway without risk of it being knocked over.
I have a hedgehog feeding station and it's been interesting to watch up close and personal when they come and feed.
The battery life is great. I only need to charge it once every few days.
The quality is excellent.
I like the fact footage can be reviewed via playback and can then choose what to download and keep.
I was in doubt as to whether the wifi would be strong enough to reach my router but this has not proved to be an issue.
