“Despite a fairly severely damaged knife (bent tip, large chip in the blade), that isn't a model that's made anymore, I quickly received a good-as-new knife back! Only little quirk, and this definitely is a thing that had to do with working around the damage, is that the shape ended up a little bit different. It went from a chef's knife shape to a utility knife shape. Even still, I wouldn't hesitate to buy another New West knife with that kind of service.”
