“For context, I have a lifelong IBS-C problem that comes and goes in flares. I have always terrible response to laxatives (more C) so I normally wait it out, though sometimes it can be unsustainable if it goes long enough. I bought this product as a last resort, as in my experience most probiotics do nothing. I was also aware that some people online report new and/or worsening symptoms when trying high CFUs. So during my last particularly bad flare, I decided to include this supplement along with natural probiotic sources and more soluble fiber from my diet. Relief of my symptoms was fast and effective. It did not work as a laxative, but it helped facilitate normal and natural BM daily. I have now finished the first box and will follow-up with the second. I'd like to see a sustained effect before updating this review.”

“There is no better Probiotic out there, and there are no added fillers like Maltodextrin. I suffer from digestive issue's and these help me restore the balance in my gut”
