“I am concerned as I have always bought this pack straight from Karl Seddons site for the last about three years and have been in contact with him about my condition where he was very helpful. I would like to know why you are now selling it. why I haven't the choice of buying it directly through Karl, why the packaging which use to be so neat and went through my letter box is now bulky, has to be left in a ''safe'' place and is harder to recycle. ?? Also it takes longer to come. I would sometimes get it over night through Karls site. I feel as a regular customer I should have been given some indication of this change - also it is more expensive through you. Since I have to give a star for it to go through I have only given it two. The product which I have been using for three years of course is excellent. sincerely C Sch.”
