“Been taking this daily for almost a month now. As a 52 year old female I have suffered with various aches and pains, including plantar fascaitis, for a few years. I have noticed that the pains and aches have reduced - honestly, they have - meaning I am able to walk more each day without a flare up. My nails have massively improved. It has absolutely zero taste, I stir a spoon into coffee each morning. The jar is lasting well - I ordered 2 on an offer and I cannot see myself stopping taking this now I have found it.”
