“Very disappointing with service first of all selling product and posting in destination very custom fee applies. You shoud add that charge during selling process i pay 150aud for custom. I request full refund i ask already sending request on CONTACT US page. Please look into and as i r Said i request full refund”

Hi, Please note, that for international delivery, you have an option on the checkout pages to pay duty charges at the point of checking out. For your order, i can see you did not select this, which is why you were charged by your country's own import charges team. We do not have control over this.
