“Brain octane fuel and bulletproof coffee. Take your time making this coffee, I use a bodum press. Making this coffee with care, it takes roughly 7 minutes, well worth the wait. Adding the bulletproof oil and the butter, gently does it and blend. This is the beginning of a perfect day. It will clear your mind, you will feel good, you will feel better and you will look forward to the day ahead with pleasure and your next cup.
