“Our family has taken Dr Mercola Vit D3 for several years - usually Sept/October ish until the warmer weather in April returns then we drop the IU back. It's one of the things you never truly know, however, it perhaps is no coincidence we don't suffer from the seasonal flu and other viruses that circulate anywhere near as much as the neighbours/work colleagues/friends and based on this we continue - it just makes sense. Regarding the IU level, some 'professionals' state the dose is high, again depending on what you read and believe, we are all fine - I am over 55 and can't remember the last time I went to the NHS --- long may that continue !! Don't also forget the narrative behind Vit D is commercially tainted by the corporations that have a vested investment in the drug industry. My take on it go with what you deem best and give them a try Steve Roylance.”

“These definitely work! I took a blood test before using it and my levels were at 14.7....extreme deficiency. A few months (3-4 months) later I'm now at 72.2 (just over the average range). Not much aching, tiredness or pains now.”
