“My wife and I have been taking these capsules now for several years. You start with, we took them as specified on the bottle, every day. But as time has passed out but microbiome has improved such that with a healthy diet, the introduction of good bacteria had meant that we don't need them every day. So my wife takes one every three days and I take one a week. This is an experimental reduction but so far so good over a period of almost six months.”
