“Gelt a difference on second/third day Im low on vit d3 doctor advised to take vit d3. I thought i would buy this. I did not think i would notice difference. I usually feel so weak moody groggy dizzy But now i stopped feeling dizzy Less weak Not groggy upon waking up Less moody More motivation I stopped taking it for two or three days and noticed i felt groggy and no energy again. It usually takes 2-3 bottles to get higher vit d3 levels Im happy with purchase I felt unwell taking the vit d3 calcium and k2 because i think I already have high calcium or im lacking in something else that i need in order to process the calcium. My friend was given one from gp and it made him sick and had many nasty ingredients and additives”

“Advised to get this for my autistic son he's 15 and severely low in vit d and iron and wouldn't take prescribed tablets so the gp told me to get him this he's more than happy to take it so its a win win and the taste is ok too.”
