“This is my 3rd bottle and it seems to do the job. I had been so well but when I stopped taking it on a daily basis for a while, my fatigue returned and it was an effort to even speak. I have started again and my strength seems to be returning. Fingers crossed that this is not a coincidence. The only thing I would say is that I can't take the evening capsule, 2 hours before bed because it wakes me up too much!”
