“Have been using Berberine for the last 3 months as was diagnosed with diabetes 2 and the doctors wanted me to go on Metformin plus they gave me my own blood sugar machine to be able to test myself daily. When I started testing I was between 18 and 22 and the doctors said I needed to go on Metformin straight away but I wanted to have a 3 month delay before I went on it so I’d have time to try some self help .... so I started exercising, HIIT, weights and Abs, I also do intermittent fasting 18/6 and I eat fresh and a good healthy high fat keto diet (low to no carbs) AND also I started taking Berberine..... I feel absolutely amazing and have lost almost 16 pounds. And this week the doctors will test my blood sugar after the 3 month trial which I know will be low.... my readings have been between 5 and 8.5 for at least 2 months so long may it continue, as that’s awesome results for me after almost 3 months and I dare say I could do it without the Berberine but I do like all the added benefits of what this particular product brings to the table...... I also am going to be featured on a new Martin Lewis (the money saving experts show next year on ITV) as in business I have designed a totally new concept for Property investment and interiors and he wants it showcased so watch this space as I’m saving every which way I can including my life (and health) although that’s not what the show is about ..... Please have the courage and try the whole package as I have if you have or are pre diabetic 2 (not 1) there is another way besides taking the drugs the doctors want to prescribe for us , but you must be prepared to put the work in and try ..... so find that Inner Woman and Man power and do you due diligence and be the best you can be and thanks for reading this Miche of Miche Interiors (website to follow next year 2021 and so is the new show .....) so think outside the box”
