“Hurray - I recently read a clinical medicine research peer reviewed report showing that for those without a specific gene, L-Methyl-Folate makes an enormous difference to metabolising the B vitamin complex, particularly B-12, with a knock on effect to improving depression symptoms. I chose this product because it is by a quality and reliable brand. However I discovered from my reading that the first bottle I had chosen was WAY too small a dose to be effective. The report shows a marked improvement in absorption for 15mg a day (rather than the 800mcg tablets I was taking) over the other dose measured 7.5mg.
