“I add this to smoothies before I do a workout in the morning. I bought it because it doesn’t use chickpea as a protein source as I’m allergic to them. This uses potato which is unusual though I trust Dr Mercola to know his ingredients. Anyway, it tastes alright and I feel fine on it.”
