“these vitamins are very good and very well absorbed as it showed on my blood test,my doctor was very surprised cause probably not so many patients get to the minimum amount so asked me why the numbers are so high and i have told her about the supplement :)after that pleasant result all of my family are on it cause you need vit d and k essentially”
