“On arrival I was disappointed to find that the Ubiquinol capsules seem to have oxidised in the bottle despite the dark glass and cotton wool. They are expensive and should have been checked before despatch. I'd like to hear if anyone else has experienced the same? It's not good enough at £80 a pot.”

“Very disappointed with the quality. About half of the capsule contents were yellow, were nolinger liquid and of a waxy consistency. Some research indicates that this is an oxidised reaction and it is no longer ubiquinol - which is the CoQ10 format that Dr M specifically recommends. Mercola product support said it was safe, but did not comment on if it indicated it had been degraded. Significantly different from still being safe. Ocean Alive refused to exchange or refund the product. Totally dissatisfied with both parties response to an oxidized and probanly degraded product. In the future will source CoQ10 from a differnt manufacturer and seller.”
