“Dr Mercola's liposomal vitamin C has been criticised because the liposomes are not preformed in the capsule, but the contents mix and form liposomes in the stomach, apparently. The capsules are easy to take and when we are feeling under the weather we have experienced a distinct improvement in energy and wellbeing after taking one. “I was disappointed to find it wasn't vegan when it arrived and had ot give it to someone not vegan. Would be good to clearly state contains animal ( bee ) products. Thanks.”
