“Dr Mercola's liposomal vitamin C has been criticised because the liposomes are not preformed in the capsule, but the contents mix and form liposomes in the stomach, apparently. The capsules are easy to take and when we are feeling under the weather we have experienced a distinct improvement in energy and wellbeing after taking one. We have been taking them hourly in a recent bout of covid and we all recovered completely and without complications developing or worsening of symptoms from starting to take it.”
